How to place order

  • Wholesale prices are for orders over $250. For orders under $250 please email us for trade prices. 

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Earth Worthy is not currently registered for GST.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  


Earth Worthy orders are generally delivered within 2-10 business days, depending on the Shipping Method chosen and delivery location. We try our best to make product delivery as simple and fast as possible. Custom rush orders (subject to availability) are available for a 25% rush charge.

Currently delivery is only available within Australia. Delivery costs are passed on to the customer at cost. We do not charge a handling fee unless stated at time of ordering.


We accept credit card and EFT payments. Please note we accept credit card payments over the phone. All credit card payments will incur a 1.5% merchant fee. If paying via EFT, please email us through remittance advice as proof of payment.

Payment Terms

As a small business we request payments be made within 7 days of an order being received. We reserve the right to request payment be finalised before an order is dispatched. We will advise you when your order is ready for dispatch and call for payment at that time. Should you have an outstanding account at time of receiving new order, the late payment plus the payment for new order must be made prior to any new deliveries being made. 

For custom orders. A 50% payment is required before production can begin, with full payment required before dispatch.

Returns, Damages and Defects

Earth Worthy goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Return requests must be made in writing to hello@earthworthy.co 

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. Please do not return goods before contacting us.  We may ask you to email photographs of items of concern. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Should the style that needs replacing be out of stock we will aim to suggest another style.  Credit or a full refund will be issued if alternative styles are not suitable.  Earth Worthy works with artisans. Slight variation in colour and weave are common. These are not considered faults. We do our best to make sure our products are made as accurately as possible, taking into account slight variations for handmade.


We are unable to return or exchange custom items unless there is a fault. All custom orders will require a photo of a product sample to be approved before full production. A physical sample can be provided at the customer’s expense.

Returns due to non-delivery

Return Postage Charges will apply to all returned parcels in this category. The Original Postage charges paid are not refundable, the original order cannot simply be reposted as the original postage charges have been used. If you wish to have this reposted you would need to pay the original charge and plus any return costs.

  • For reason such as but not limited to an incorrect address, non collection, refusal of the delivery, original parcel put in Letter Box or left at post office etc.
  • Aus Post, TNT and Aramex all charge a return fee. Some are flat rate and others are the full price of the postage which may be higher than we charge you as they are charged at rack rates not our discounted freight rates.

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however, we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

Custom Orders and Manufacturing Variations  

Colour Matching
Earth Worthy strives to provide the best possible prints; however, we cannot guarantee Pantone colour matching or exact colour matching with all designs. Colours may vary due to inks, design files, garment colours and fabrics.

Print Placement
While printing, we do our best to ensure designs are printed in consistent locations on all bags in the run. However, small variations should be expected. All garments are handsewn, and variations in each individual item may result in slightly varied placements.

Manufacturing Tolerances

Our products are all handmade as a result all measurements displayed on this site are approximate only. There is an allowance for up to a 5% manufacturing tolerance in all displayed sizes.

Colours and Dye Batches

Please remember we try our best to ensure photos provide an accurate representation of the colour of an item however different dye batches, different factory dye batches across different products, screen resolutions, camera settings and lighting can change the shade of an item in the picture.

We always recommend purchasing the entire amount of coloured items in one go as if you come back to purchase more there is the possibility they are a new batch and may vary slightly in colour.
